-CT-1000H is a CNC spinning machine with teaching capability. It comprises the know-how of Japanese Daitoh spinning company which has over 40 years of experience in spinning machines, and the latest break-through technology. CT-1000H is fully Made in Taiwan which means it's much more affordable compared to most other CNC spinning machines available on the market.
-CT-1000H represents a break through in spinning machine technology. Unlike all other CNC spinning machines, which adopt an oil pressure system, CT-1000H uses a revolutionary servo motor system that significantly increases precision and speed. -By using a software specifically built for spinning machine, the pressure and digital control can be set up to achieve the best quality possible. (The traditional machines only offers digital control, which may affect the smoothness of the finished product). -CT-1000H offers 3 methods of operation. Beside traditional programming, the machine can be operated through teaching mode with a joystick or fully automation. This means the machine can be easily operated by a traditional metal spinner without any programming required. -Excellent performance: Can work with stainless steel board up to 3.0mm thick. Speed can go up to 10000mm/min. In Automatic mode, production can speed up to 5 times. Due to advanced technology, CT-1000H significantly reduce wear and tear of spinning rollers and mould.
